The Member representing Isuikwuato State Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Lucky Udoka Nweke Johnson, has extended warm felicitations to former Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Onyeabo Azubuike Ihejirika (Rtd.), popularly known as Dikeogu Abia, on the occasion of his 70th birthday anniversary.
