The Member representing Umuahia North State Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Barr. Anderson Kelechi Akaliro, has commiserated with the family of the late Chairman of the Labour Party in Umuahia North Local Government Area, Mr. Uche Ugele, following his sudden passing.
Hon. Akaliro, in a condolence message to the bereaved family, described the death of Mr. Ugele as a deeply painful loss, noting that the late party chairman lived a life defined by dedication, selfless service, and unwavering commitment to the ideals he believed in.
According to the lawmaker, no words can adequately console the family at such a difficult moment, but they should take comfort in the fact that their loved one lived an impactful life and left behind a legacy of service, integrity, and commitment to the common good.
“Late Mr. Uche Ugele was not only a committed political leader but also a devoted family man whose values, humility, and sense of responsibility reflected in all he did. His passing is heartbreaking, and my thoughts and prayers are with his family during this moment of grief,” Hon. Akaliro stated.
He urged the family to remain strong and united, assuring them that the Labour Party family and the entire Umuahia North community stand with them in solidarity as they mourn their loved one.
Hon. Akaliro prayed that God Almighty grants the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss and grants the soul of the departed eternal rest.
“May the Almighty God comfort the Ugele family and grant the late Mr. Uche Ugele peaceful repose. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him,” the lawmaker added.
The passing of Mr. Uche Ugele has continued to draw tributes from political leaders, party members, and residents of Umuahia North, who remember him as a man of conviction, compassion, and commitment to service.
