The Chief Whip of the Abia State House of Assembly and member representing Umuahia South state constituency, Hon. Emeka Tommy Jacob-Obioma, has affirmed that leadership must be anchored on responsibility rather than privilege.

Speaking during an interactive session with constituents and stakeholders in Umuahia South, the lawmaker emphasized that his political journey has always been defined by a desire to serve the people with integrity, accountability, and humility.
