The Chief Whip of the Abia State House of Assembly and Member representing Umuahia South State Constituency, Hon. Emeka Tommy Obioma, has extended warm greetings to his constituents as the month of October begins, while reaffirming his unwavering commitment to advancing the development, welfare and prosperity of the people of Umuahia South.
