The Chief Whip of the Abia State House of Assembly and Member representing Umuahia South State Constituency, Hon. Emeka Tommy Obioma, has extended warm felicitations to fathers across Abia State on the occasion of Father's Day, describing parenthood as a sacred trust bestowed upon men to nurture, guide, and protect their families with love, wisdom, and responsibility.
