Hon Obi Aguocha Extends Warm Birthday Wishes to Abia's Deputy Gov, Engr Emetu

The Member representing Ikwuano/Umuahia North and South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rt Hon. Obi Aguocha, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Deputy Governor of Abia State, Engr.
