The member representing Isuikwuato State Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon Lucky Udoka Nweke Johnson, has congratulated distinguished legal practitioner, Ikechukwu Uwanna SAN, on his elevation to the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria, describing the honour as a proud moment for the people of Isuikwuato and Abia State.
Hon Johnson made the remarks yesterday while speaking during a grand civic reception organised in honour of Uwanna at Anunco Field in Isuikwuato Local Government Area of Abia State.
The colourful ceremony attracted prominent personalities including political leaders, members of the legal community, traditional rulers and residents who gathered to celebrate Uwanna’s remarkable professional milestone.
Speaking, Hon Johnson said the elevation of Uwanna to the elite rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria represents a recognition of years of diligence, intellectual excellence and unwavering commitment to the advancement of justice.
According to him, Uwanna’s achievement has brought honour not only to his immediate family but also to the entire Isuikwuato community.
“This is indeed a proud and historic moment for the people of Isuikwuato. The elevation of Barr. Ikechukwu Uwanna to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria is a testament to years of hard work, dedication and professional excellence,” Johnson said.
He noted that the legal icon has demonstrated outstanding brilliance and integrity throughout his career, adding that the recognition by the legal body affirms his exceptional contributions to the legal profession in Nigeria.
Hon Johnson further stated that Uwanna’s accomplishment should serve as a powerful inspiration to young people within the community who aspire to achieve greatness in their chosen professions.
