The Member representing Umuahia North (Ohuhu) State Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Barr. Anderson Kelechi Akaliro, has felicitated with a distinguished son of Abia State and community leader, Chief James Ume, popularly known as Ike Abam, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a congratulatory message marking the celebration, Akaliro described Chief Ume as a man of remarkable character whose life and public engagements have been defined by service, sacrifice, compassion and commitment to the advancement of his people.
