The Executive Mayor of Ikwuano Local Government Council, Hon. Dr. Anthony Nwaubani, has extended warm birthday felicitations to renowned professional banker and grassroots political figure, Dr. Sir Friday Ndu Eluwa (Nwa Eluwa), describing him as a man whose life reflects simplicity, principle, diligence and unwavering commitment to the wellbeing of others.
