The Chief Whip of the Abia State House of Assembly and Member representing Umuahia South State Constituency, Hon Emeka Tommy Obioma, has commended the courage, resilience, and remarkable achievements of women in his constituency on International Women's Day.
In a goodwill message issued to mark the global celebration, the lawmaker praised women across Umuahia South for their immense contributions to family stability, community growth, and societal development. Hon.
