The Chief Whip of the Abia State House of Assembly and member representing Umuahia South State Constituency, Hon. Emeka Tommy Obioma, has felicitated the member representing Ikwuano/Umuahia North/Umuahia South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon.
