The Chief Whip of the Abia State House of Assembly and Member representing Umuahia South State Constituency, Hon. Emeka Tommy Obioma, has reaffirmed that the primary responsibility of every public office holder is to improve the quality of life of the people through purposeful leadership, visionary policies, and unwavering dedication to public service.
