Former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development and President of Masters Energy Group, Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah, has extended warm birthday felicitations to Hon. Lucky Johnson, the Member representing Isuikwuato State Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, on the occasion of his birthday.

Dr. Ogah noted that Hon.
