The Member representing Ikwuano/Umuahia North and South Federal Constituency, Hon Obi Aguocha, has joined numerous well-wishers to celebrate Hon Emeka Obioma, the Chief Whip of the Abia State House of Assembly and member representing Umuahia South State constituency, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a dedicated public servant whose progressive spirit continues to inspire many within and beyond Abia State.
