Hon Lucky Johnson Receives Masters Personality of the Year Award, Dedicates Honour to Isiukwuato Constituency

Hon. Lucky Udoka Nweke Johnson, the distinguished Member representing Isiukwuato state Constituency in the Abia House of Assembly, has been Conferred with the prestigious Masters Personality of the Year Award


The recognition, presented live on air over the weekend by Masters 105.9 FM, celebrates individuals who have demonstrated exemplary leadership, community service, and outstanding contribution to societal development. Also, the award ceremony, highlighted Johnson’s steady rise as one of Abia’s most committed grassroots legislators.


Speaking moments after receiving the award, Hon. Johnson expressed profound gratitude to the organizers and all those who have supported his journey in public service. 


I am deeply honoured to receive this award. For me, this recognition is a reminder that leadership must always be about service to the people,” he said. “This award is not just mine; it belongs to the men, women, and youths of Isiukwuato who have trusted me with the responsibility to represent them.”

Hon. Johnson also paid glowing tribute to the President of Masters Energy Group, Dr. Uchechukwu Samson Ogah, whom he described as a mentor and a source of inspiration. 

“I want to sincerely appreciate my leader, Dr. Uchechukwu Samson Ogah. We are all following his footsteps because he has shown us what it means to serve with humility, vision, and genuine love for the people,” he stated. “His guidance and example have greatly influenced the way I approach leadership and community development.”

Reflecting emotionally on his personal journey, the lawmaker recounted his childhood experiences and how they shaped his passion for service. 

“I grew up in a very humble home, and that background taught me the value of hard work, perseverance, and empathy,” Hon. Johnson shared. 

It is those early experiences that push me every day to help the less privileged and ensure that no child or family in Isiukwuato is left behind.”


He concluded by dedicating the award to his constituents and reaffirmed his commitment to continue delivering quality representation. 

“I dedicate this honour to the good people of Isiukwuato State Constituency. Everything I do, I do for them,” he said. 


This award strengthens my resolve to keep working, keep serving, and keep bringing development to our communities. Together, we will build the Isiukwuato of our dreams.
